Important: The Service is provided in English only. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All practice exercises must be completed in English
• Support and customer service communications are conducted in English
• You possess sufficient English language proficiency to understand and complete the course materials

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

We offer a 7-day subscription plan that provides full access to all 5 lessons and course features. Subscription pricing is displayed clearly at the time of purchase.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where required.

4.3 Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions do not automatically renew. Your access ends after the 7-day period unless you purchase a new subscription. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

4.4 Refund and Cancellation Policy

5-Day Money-Back Guarantee: By subscribing to our Service, you accept our 5-day cancellation policy from the date of purchase. By purchasing and accepting these Terms of Service, you agree to the following cancellation process:

• Trademarks, logos, and branding (including "Brainsful" and "AI Prompting Bootcamp")

are owned exclusively by Brainsful or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws worldwide.

7.2 Proprietary Techniques

Important: The AI prompting techniques, methodologies, and approaches taught in this bootcamp are proprietary to Brainsful. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Photographing, recording, or capturing screenshots of course content
• Sharing, teaching, or redistributing our proprietary techniques to others
• Using our techniques for commercial training or educational purposes without written authorization
• Creating competing courses or materials based on our proprietary methods

7.3 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational use during your active subscription period. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content
• Create derivative works from our content
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

7.4 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as practice responses). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for providing and improving our Service.

• AI tool outputs may vary based on model updates, context, timing, and other factors beyond our control
• Your use of third-party AI tools is subject to their respective terms of service

• No Guarantees: We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or validity of any fortune, prediction, or insight provided by the AI Fortune Teller
• Personal Interpretation: Any fortune or prediction generated is for entertainment only and remains subject to your personal interpretation. It should not be relied upon for making any life, financial, medical, legal, or professional decisions
• No Liability: You agree that Brainsful, its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your use of or reliance on the AI Fortune Teller feature
• No Legal Claims: You waive any and all rights to bring legal claims, lawsuits, or actions against Brainsful related to the AI Fortune Teller feature, its outputs, or any consequences arising from your use of this feature
• AI-Generated Content: All fortunes are AI-generated and do not reflect actual predictions, supernatural insights, or professional advice of any kind

Use at Your Own Risk: The AI Fortune Teller is a fun, supplementary feature to enhance your learning experience. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

11.5 Service "AS IS"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11.6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with:

• EU Users: The laws of the Republic of Ireland and EU regulations
• UK Users: The laws of England and Wales
• US Users: The laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict of law provisions

13.2 Dispute Resolution for US Users

For users in the United States, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
